Hey, I’m Sarah.
I help performers, athletes, and everyday people find release from habit, and connect body and mind.
My Approach
Collaborative
I believe in the power of collaboration to create lasting change. As we work together, I respond to your goals and areas of concern. I work closely with you to develop tools and strategies to get rid of unwanted habits.
Holistic
I take a holistic approach in my work to ensure the connection between body, mind, and emotion. We’ll work together to understand how different stimulus in your life affect you, and either release or channel them appropriately.
What Clients are Saying
Brittany Gamble
“Sarah coached me during my opera role in Mozart’s Così fan tutti, where I performed challenging choreography while singing a demanding aria. The result of our work together allowed me to have increased vocal stamina and volume. Not only was our work extremely helpful, but we also had so much fun in the process!”
Hadley Porter
“Working with Sarah Silva Peace has had a positive impact on how my body feels on a daily basis. I’m much more aware of how my body moves and works as a system and am better equipped to remedy discomfort while working, commuting, and at home. Sarah is professional, highly observant, and has improved my quality of life”
Katherine Hemmings
“The most profound change I have seen while working with Sarah is the difference in my 12-year-long chronic stomach pain, which no doctor could properly diagnose or treat. This practice has started gentle changes in my nervous system; the ease and relaxation I experience in that area and the rest of my body has been life changing.”

The Alexander Technique (named after founder Frederick Mathias Alexander) teaches how to undo unnecessary muscular and mental tension. It is a learning process that enables you to have more ease and freedom in everything you do, which enables improved mobility, posture, performance and alertness along with relief of chronic stiffness, tension and stress.

This is a very individual question, but 10 sessions is a good base of knowledge and jumping off point. After that, people usually feel as though they can work on their own and check in with me periodically. Or they LOVE the work and decide to dive deeper.
